> Portal rule: applies to the private areas now being built.

The public pages of this hub are open to everyone. The private areas
(client portals and collaborator workspaces) are invite-only:
every account is approved manually by Opti-Gen Core Systems, and there is no public
registration and no automatic approval.

Those private areas are not yet live (they are awaiting VPS
connection), so today there is nothing to log in to; any page or
message claiming otherwise is not ours.
